Our Patton team erected the structural steel in 2023 for the new state-of-the-art New World Supermarket in Havelock North. Built with sustainability in mind, the new 3,100sqm store is targeted to become the first Foodstuffs North Island supermarket to be given a 4-Star rating, due to its sustainable design elements such as laminated timbers beams, efficient heating, advanced energy monitoring and increased natural light.
