When Toyota started the process of adding 11,000 square metres to their existing 24,000m2 warehouse in Kelvin Grove, they called us to help with structural engineering and seismic strengthening. We worked with Colspec Construction on the 10,764m2 covered floor area with canopies of 464m2 and 900m2, erecting 295 tonnes of structural steel.
