Rail Bridge

Hawke’s Bay Sandblasting; in conjunction with the Hastings District Council undertook works to abrasive blast and paint a miniature rail bridge at Hasting’s Splash Planet water theme park.

The existing paint contained high levels of lead, so the project, which was completed in an extremely short time frame, required complete encapsulation, health monitoring of staff through to disposal of contaminated waste materials.
