Clarifier Weir Modifications

Having been the sole Mechanical Contractor to Pan Pac, through Ovivo Australia, during the upgrading of Pan Pac Whirinaki’s 25 million dollar upgrade to their waste water treatment plant in 2011 through 2012, Patton Engineering Limited has extensive knowledge of the plant, and as such has been invited on numerous occassions to undertake developmental and maintenance work on this plant.

One such project undertaken in 2016 was to install a modified feedwell to the final stage of the treatment plant; being the clarifier.

This project involved workshop fabrication of a replacement feed well from stainless steel, removal of the old feed well and site installation of the larger diameter replacement and it’s upgraded support structure.
